What’s been happening:

Pamela Gebhart has over eighteen years of experience as a Human Resources professional in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Gebhart, a Central Pennsylvania native, graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies. Ms. Gebhart attended the Arizona State University's Curriculum and Education program to begin a course of study that combined the Master's and Doctorate of Philosophy Degrees. Ms. Gebhart has directed and managed multi-state private sector facilities in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. Ms. Gebhart is certified in "Conflict Management", "Developing and Implementing Affirmative Action Plans", "EEOC Practices and Policies", "Interviewing Techniques", "Job Classification" and "Train the Trainer". After living in Ohio, Virginia and Arizona, Ms. Gebhart returned to Central Pennsylvania where she currently owns and operates VISIBLE SUPPORT, a Human Resources Consulting Company that provides Human Resources Solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
